Robert Ybarra - Yconsulting, LLC

robert ybarra.2Robert Ybarra, born in Sterling, Illinois, U.S.A. In his work he combines a consumer focused approach with a fiscal-minded discipline for profitable sales growth in the Retail Home Improvement Industry. Serving as District Manager for True Value Corp. from 1994 –1999; Channel Manager for National Manufacturing in the Home Center Segment (Lowe's, Home Depot, and Menard's) from 2000 – 2004; Business Development Manager for Stanley Works Corporation in the Do It Yourself segment (Ace Hardware, True Value, Orgill, and Do It Best) from 2005 to 2006; and an Ace International Sales and Marketing Regional Manager for Europe and Canada from 2006 to 2009, he concentrates on facts and consumer behavior to partner with retailers to gain market share and improve sales & profitability. He studied and earned a B.S. degree in Finance at the University of Southern Illinois (1997). Further, he went on to study in Barcelona, Spain and Lisbon, Portugal while earning his MBA from Northern Illinois University (2005). As a personal interest, Robert is a certified official in the sports of football and basketball.

Cindy Ybarra - Y Consulting, LLC

Cindy (Lautner) Ybarra, born in Traverse City, Michigan, U.S.A. In her work she develops and implements an overall strategic public relations program (media relations, community relations, internal communications, and investor relations) for retailers. She concentrates on human resource development and organizational behavior by partnering with retailers to train and infuse passion for higher employee productivity. She has served as human resource manager, public relations director and educator in both the Food and Drug industry and Engineering and Consulting industry. Cindy received her Public Relations degree from Patricia Stevens College (1988). Further, she studied business at Davenport College and earned an Associate of Science degree in 1998. As a personal interest, Cindy enjoys family experiences at the Cherry Festival located in Traverse City, MI.
